The 5 most recent home sales in Serramar La Mesa

Below is a table of the 5 most recent homes sales in the Serramar development located in La Mesa, California. December was a busy month, accounting for three of the five sales. It appears that foreclosures and Short Sales are still a large component of the most recent transfers. The good news is that the marketing time for these properties is low, indicating strong buyer interest as properties in the Serramar development become available for sale. If you need additional detail on any of these Serramar properties specifically, just let me know.
